酒莊介紹:

Mas d’en GIL莊園成立於1867年,它位於西班牙東北部DOC著名精品產區Priorat,現在由第四代釀酒師Rovira Carbonell擁有。這個葡萄莊園種有過百年的老葡萄藤樹,主要種植Grenache歌海娜及Carignan佳麗釀。所有葡萄都生長在過億年的火山紅板岩及石灰石上,所以釀製出來的葡萄酒風味集中,酒體強勁,能有較高的酒精濃度。

罕有產地配上珍貴老藤,極緻罕貴!

另外,酒莊使用生物動力法去種植,100%有機,健康冇添加。

As classical as it gets, the red 2014 Clos Fonta, a selection of the oldest vines from their 40 hectares of vineyards, is a blend of 60% Garnacha and 40% Carinena from vines planted between 1931 and 1973 on slate soils. It fermented in oak vats and matured in French and Austrian oak barrels and 1,500-liter vats from some 14 months. It has the Priorat character reminiscent of wet slate as well as wild berries, a floral touch, a tree bark-like twist and an unusual elegant rusticity. The palate is medium to full-bodied with ripe flavours but without excess, hints of Mediterranean herbs and flowers and a dry, long and austere finish with no room for sweetness. 6,138 bottles were filled in May 2016.
