Tasting Notes by Marianna Velenosi

Sight: Pale limpid yellow. Delicate abundant fizziness. Persistent, tight-grained perlage.
Smell: A delicate, aromatic and fruity bouquet typical of Moscato with floral hints of hawthorn; balsamic nuances of mint and sage and fruity scents of white peach and green apple. Taste: Well-balanced, smooth and savory. The acidity that accompanies the sweetness, especially when tasting takes place at the right temperature (10°C), contributes to a priceless pleasant nose-palate harmony

酒莊介紹：

蓓蕾諾絲酒莊 (Velenosi) 位於意大利的馬爾凱 (Marches) 葡萄酒產區。隨著多年的發展，Velenosi酒莊已經為越來越多的葡萄酒愛好者所熟知。

Velenosi 由兩位充滿激情的年輕人Ercole 和 Angela Velenosi 在1984年所創立，三十年如一日，始終保持高度的熱情，持續學習不斷提高自己的葡萄種植和葡萄酒釀造技術。2005年Paolo Garbini 加入，為酒莊添加新元素，激起更多火花，讓酒莊一直能夠在國際市場上大放光彩，至今已建立了一座現代化的釀酒廠，配備了當今最先進的釀酒設備。

Velenosi酒莊的葡萄園位於Marches產區的Ascoli Piceno，離亞得利亞海25公里，海拔150-200米。園中的土壤主要為粘質士壤，土質肥沃。Velenosi酒莊的四塊葡萄園位於Ascoli Piceno種植區的Castorano、 Monsampolo 和Castel di Lama，另外Velenosi酒莊還在Teramo種植區的Ancarano和Marcelli有葡萄園。

自早期開始以來，Velenosi酒莊因其出眾的葡萄酒而被譽為隱藏在Le Marche中的寶石，並受到羅伯特帕克，Decanter，Gambero Rosso，Luca Maroni，A.I.S.等著名葡萄酒雜誌的高度讚譽。
