Bright straw yellow color.

Nose
A fresh nose with subtle tropical aromas. With floral touches, fruits such as melon, mineral nuances and great intensity.

Mouth
Round on the palate, with a predominance of tropical fruits and citrus notes. It shows impeccably balanced acidity, exceptional depth and volume, giving way to a lingering and broad finish.

white and oily fish, pasta or rice dishes, as well as white meats
